I have more of a question than acomment. I was sentenced under PA 35 780-118 Disposition In Lieu of Trial. The sentencing guidelines,as per statute, called for a treatment and supervision for a period not to exceed either the max penalty that could be imposed, or the app. statute of limitations, WHICHEVER is the lesser of the two. Well, the Judge sentenced myself to supervision for more than twice the statute of limitations. When this happened, my attorney told me to not rock the boat and appeal later. Well, it is later, the statute of limitations has run its course months ago and I would like to know what my appeal options could be? Thank You
