I was a plaintiff and won an judgment against a defendant who owes me $10,000. I got the writ of execution done by Sheriff dept. bank account found and frozen. Now going to court now because she is claiming the $ 300 exemption and “direct Deposit wage exemptions. This is Phila PA Court and I understand wage garnishment is limited in PA. But I understand that once the money is in her account, they are fair game? Am I correct?
