Contrary to Mr. Riiser's comments above, Hyde & Swigart is a spectacular law firm. However, “Mr. Riiser” is a debt collector who was recently sued by Hyde & Swigart, and he is bitter. Consequently, being that he had his head handed to him the day before he posted this, he is venting his anger. And, being a debt collector, he is also a liar. Because Hyde & Swigart protect consumers at no cost, it drives debt collectors like “Mr. Riiser” crazy. If you want quality legal help, see Hyde & Swigart. (And one more thing – “Mr. Riiser” doesn't know what he is talking about. A reading of the opinion he cites demonstrates that Hyde & Swigart did not file the lawsuit. Further, the court held Hyde & Swigart did nothing wrong. Finally, the client is bankrupt – he has paid nothing.) “Mr. Riiser,” you are a bitter, bitter, bitter, debt collector. Get a real job, Dan.

Our city does hand over overdue parking fines to collection agencies, so it would be possible.
