    Actually, many graduate students, researchers, and professors are denied entry to the United States to present their work in conferences or workshops. Although, the number of Visas issued to such category is increased recently, still many others are denied Visa. This behavior from the United States caused many researchers to move conference venues to Europe instead of the United States!

    There is no statute of limitations, because data to a credit bureau is never a crime. a civil matter.

    But negative information can normally be on your credit for 7.5 years, per federal regulations.
